dc.description.abstract | Uterine Didelphys (UD) is one of the rare congenital condition which may be associated with significant complications during pregnant and during labor. It rarely affects infertility and generally is asymptomatic. 32 years female reported below was incidental diagnosed during caesarian section and was found to have twins in separate UD. Serial sonography simplify the diagnosis but with limitation in primary health centers in low and middle income countries. | en_US |
